1. Returns

  • We only accept returns if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Returns are not accepted for exclusive concert merchandise.
  • To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item.

2. Exchanges

  • If the size doesn't fit, we are happy to exchange your item for the correct size.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size is unavailable, we will offer store credit.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged product.

3. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds. If your item is damaged and eligible for return, we will provide a replacement or store credit.

4. Process for Returns & Exchanges

5. Additional Notes

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on sale items, exclusive concert merchandise, or customized orders.
  • Exchanges may take 5-7 business days to process after receiving the returned item.
