2. Product & Pricing

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations in color or design may occur.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment (except for COD orders).
  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be confirmed.
  • We accept various payment methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, and COD (additional charges apply).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delhi/NCR: Orders will be delivered within 3 days.
  • Other Cities: Delivery takes 5-6 days.
  • Free shipping is available for orders within Delhi, while a ₹99 shipping fee applies outside Delhi.
  • The Funky Fitz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges only for damaged or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customers must email with order details and images of the issue before returning the product.
  • Refunds will be processed after quality inspection and may take 5-7 business days.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, images, and designs, is owned by The Funky Fitz and cannot be used without permission.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is secure with us. We do not share your details with third parties except for order processing.
